sport. The bouts here will feature newcomers of the sport, and will have
some differences though in the boxing rules. As one continues to gain
experience in amateur boxing, the more he will be seasoned enough for the
higher level – the pros.

boxing. One should not hurry up to move on to the pros. One should take his
time to slug it out with various amateur opponents to refine his boxing
skills. It is also during this time and stage of his boxing career that he
can try out new techniques - and evaluate boxing moves and punching
combinations that will prove to be effective.
Amateur boxing provides for a venue where boxers can develop into
professional fighters. While in the process of enhancing boxing skills in
their training camps and achieving a tiptop shape - amateur boxing bouts

fighting styles.
Those who do well in amateur boxing also have brighter chances in the
professional boxing events. Their untarnished records entering the pros
provides some excitement as these newcomers try all they can to keep on
winning – and maintaining an unblemished professional boxing record.
There are instances however that some who were average achievers in the
amateur boxing, fairs well in the pros. Perhaps, with the persistent
determination to improve their game and with some stroke of luck, they
perform well in professional boxing. Continuing with the hardcore training,
and having an effective coach will also help one from transitioning from an
amateur boxer to a successful professional boxer.
Amateur boxing can also be a delight to boxing fans. Raw talent can be seen
here, and pure guts and unrefined power usually come with these new boxers
inside the ring – understandably so with their limited fighting exposure.
But in due time, these impressive amateur boxers will be able to improve
their game and give out a good show – and in a few more years, they will be
ready for the professional boxing fights.
